L'étui est magnifique avec une très belle qualité de cuir. J'ai eu un problème de livraison et de délai indépendant de la volonté de LUCRIN, mais le service clients est intervenu en me répondant immédiatement et m'a proposé des solutions. L'étui était un cadeau pour mon fils et devait arriver à une date précise, ce qui n'a pas été le cas, alors LUCRIN a fait un geste commercial très aimable. Mon interlocutrice s'est montrée disponible, compréhensive et concernée. Je recommande cette marque, LUCRIN est une grande maison qui sait accompagner ses clients avec beaucoup de classe, ce qui ajoute grandement à la qualité des articles vendus.
