Al jaren ben ik een zeer tevreden gebruiker van Lucrin producten. Super kwaliteit mooie producten en heel betaalbaar. Zo kocht ik ook voor mijn nieuwe Iphone 14 pro direct weer een Lucrin hoesje met trekriempje. Dit riempje bleek echter niet goed afgehecht en begon al snel te rafelen. Met een mailtje aan de klantenservice met een paar foto’s werd er direct een compleet nieuw hoesje toegestuurd. Superfijn en dank voor de uitstekende service!
